Oscars Faves.

I thought I would share my two favourite looks from the 84th annual academy awards with you. Seeing as it is the season and all.

Esperanza Spalding. I'm not sure who she is wearing, but that colour against her skin, with her amazing hair is stunning. The simple cuff, makeup up and natural nails complement the look pefectly.

Gwyneth Paltrow in Tom Ford. I'm speechless. This would be my number one favourite. Its such a simple yet chic look with a balanced blend of modern day minimalist meets old hollywood glamour.

Special mention would have to be to Mr Bret Mckenzie. Basically for winning an Oscar, being a kiwi, doing this on the red carpet, and being rather awesome.

It's been one of those weeks...

It's been one of those months actually, too busy to catch my breath and stop to think about the up coming events in my life, and there are a lot of them. Some of which I will fill you in on in due course. When I feel like this I always try to remember to breathe, take a moment, and count my lucky stars for all the good things in my life, and the weight of the world starts to lift a little, because there are good times ahead. Very good times.

I've started blogging for the TV3 project runway season 9 blog, which is quite an exciting thing for me. I do rather fancy a bit of PR watching and blogging.

A day of ceremony.

I went for a visit here today. This is where I met my Illestevas and fell in love. There was so SO much more that I wanted to look at, try on and buy, but work commitments meant I didn't have time to spend the day I very well could have in there. Proenza Schouler clothing and bags, Pendleton coats, more Illesteva and Prism sunglasses, Alexander Wang, Acne, Opening Ceremony shoes, I could go on for EVER. The space is absolutely amazing too and I love both entrances to the store.
