In a pickle.

I'm in a pickle. Financially speaking. Well I haven't actually committed to anything as yet, so am not so to speak currently in a pickle. I don't really know anything other than that I am either going to be in LA or Reno on the Eve of the 17th of February. For one night only. Decision pending? To spend $300-400 (yikes) flying to Reno and back again for CHROMEO and to see some amazing people, or save that money, and spend the night alone in LA. Either way I need to be back in LA on the 18th to fly home to NZ. What to do? I need a sign. Good luck me. x x x

I am SO sad that I am not going to be seeing the Black Keys tomorrow at the Big Day Out. I keep hoping its just a joke and they'll show up anyway. Dreams are free. At least I was lucky enough to see them the last time they were in Aucks, and at least M.I.A, Ratatat, WolfMother, Lupe, Crystal Castles, and Iggy are all still going.

I used to love their music too - their old stuff is so so SO much better then the new shit they're putting out. Youth and Young manhood and Aha shake heartbreak are awesome. If you haven't listened to either of them, go and do that right now. It will change your life. Or just be two of the best albums you've ever heard.
